Organizer (hereinafter also the Organizer of the Online Event) means individual, individual entrepreneur or legal entity, acting as the organizer of a certain online event (or a series of them) and assuming the entire responsibility for conducting of such online event (series of them), including initialization, launch, conducting itself, completion and for the content of the online event. Information on the Organizer is published on the Online Event Page.

Registration means successful completion of infill of the registration form by the Website Users (the form prescribed by the Organizer to be filled in) on the Webinar Page that allow the Website User to be invoiced with an invoice-notification for payment of access to the online event of the Organizer (or a series of online events), to pass to the website of payment acceptance point for direct payment of access to participation in online event (series of them).

Electronic Ticket means an email sent by the Organizer or a party acting in the name of the Organizer and on its behalf or in its own name, but on behalf of the Organizer, to the Website User's email address indicated by the Website User during the Registration, that contains (a) a unique personal link (URL) for access to a specific (chosen by the Website User) online event of the Organizer (or their series) as a participant, and (b) information confirming the fact of the Registration, and (c) information on successful completion by the Website User of payment of access to the online event.

Online Event Page means a web page with information on the specific online event placed at address (URL) on the Internet in the domain including but not limited to http://www.recbt.ru/../, that has (a) information on the online event (announcement, information on the hosts, date and time, section of additional materials, etc.); (b) information on the Organizer of the online event; (c) information on cost of participation in the online event. The Website User gets an access to the Online Event Page by one of the following means: after receiving an email from the Organizer containing a link to the Online Event Page; finds independently the link to the Online Event Page in free access on the Internet (on the website of the Organizer of the webinar, its partners, in social networks, etc.). For the purposes hereof, it is specifically specified that the unique personal link (URL) to access the online event of the Organizer contained in the electronic ticket allows the Website User to pass to direct participation in the online event without authorization.

Online Event means an event of the Organizer combining elements of meeting, presentation, remote lectures or seminars and similar events of informational and/or educational format for a group from several people to the maximal permitted by the software configuration audience of the online event conducted through the Internet in the real-time mode (online). During the webinar one or several "hosts" and other participants of the webinar who got an authorized access to the webinar are at their client computers and use user interface for a joint work (communication) that is formed by planning software.

Website Content — any information, posted on pages in the domain http://www.recbt.ru, including design features, graphic images, illustrations, photographic works and works created by a method similar to photography, video materials, video broadcastings and video records, text, audiovisual works, being a part of the Website, and trademarks protected under the laws of the Russian Federation.

Prepaid Website Content – Website Content available after the registration and payment.

Online Event Content – any information, being a content of online events, i.e. video, audio, data, text and other files, text and metadata.

1.1. The Website's purpose is to popularize science, and it is devoted to modern researches. The Website introduces advanced methods and tools in the area of consulting as well as useful knowledge of contemporary science, adapted for the general public, to the Website Visitors. These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation; the Rules shall apply within the Russian Federation.

1.2. The Website Administration recommends that the Website Users get acquainted with these Rules. By using the Website, the Website Users confirm their acceptance of the provisions of the Rules, including those regarding processing of personal data, which are considered by the Website Administration as a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.1. The exclusive copyright for graphic, text and audiovisual materials, design features, graphic images. illustrations, photographic works, being the Website Content, shall be owned by the Website Administration. Copying, saving, video recording, audio recording and use of the Website Content shall be only permitted with the Website Administration's written consent.

2.2. The exclusive copyright for graphic, text and audiovisual materials, being the Online Event Content, shall be owned by the Event Organizers and directly by the Online Event Presenter. Copying, saving, video recording, audio recording and use of the Online Event Content shall be only permitted with the written consent of the Event Organizers and the Website Administration.

2.3. Unless otherwise expressly specified in these Rules or the valid laws of the Russian Federation, the Website Content and the Online Event Content may not be used (including, but not limited to, copied, reproduced, processed, distributed, sold or used in any other way) partially or fully without the consent of the Website Administration and the Online Event Organizer.

2.4. Citation of text materials, published on the Website, shall be allowed with a mandatory inclusion of an active hyperlink to the Website http://www.recbt.ru.

3.1. The Website Content and the Online Event Content shall be available to the Website Users upon their Signing Up. Some of the Website Content shall be available to the Website Users irrespective of their Signing Up. To participate in online events and get information about special offers, promotions, events and news of the Website, the procedure of Signing Up shall be passed.

3.2. Signing Up shall be made by Users on a voluntary basis. The procedure of Signing Up may be passed by an individual of 18 and over, residing within the Russian Federation.

3.3. In Signing Up, the Website User shall state necessary reliable and up-to-date information including e-mail address, unique for each Website User, phone number and Name. The Website Administration shall reserve the right to request additionally Surname, Patronymic, birthdate, sex, marital status, residence place (region, residential area or city, street, building No.), ID document type, ID document data, bank and bank account No., from which the payment for participation in the event has been made.

3.4. The User shall be liable for reliability, relevancy, completeness and conformity of the information, provided in Signing Up, with the laws of the Russian Federation, and its freedom from third-party claims.

3.5. In Signing Up, the User shall agree to these Rules and assume the specified rights and obligations related to the use and functioning of the Website. The User shall agree to receipt of e-mail, SMS messages and other mailings of informational (including promotional) nature, by means of services of the Website Administration and/or third-party services, in particular, from partners of the Website Administration.

3.6. Upon Signing Up, it will be possible for the Website User to pay for access to participation in the online event or access to Prepaid Website Content, for which the Website User will be redirected to the secured Website of the payment location; and, upon successful payment, the confirming e-ticket, including a unique personal link entitling to visit the online event or/and unique personal password, will be sent to the Website User's e-mail address, stated in Signing Up, by the Organizer or another person, acting on behalf of the Organizer or by the Organizer's order, or on its own behalf, but by the Organizer's order, from the relevant e-mail address: info@recbt.ru.

3.7. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions, made using the unique personal links (URL) to access the certain (selected by the Website User) online event of the Organizer (or their series) as a participant, shall be considered to have been made by the relevant User. In the event of any unauthorized access to the online event, the User shall promptly inform the Event Organizer in the prescribed manner.

3.8. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions, made using the unique personal password to access the certain Prepaid Website Content, shall be considered to have been made by the relevant User. In the event of any unauthorized access to the Prepaid Website Content, the User shall promptly inform the Website Administration in the prescribed manner.

4.1. The legal ground for processing of personal data shall be, in particular, Article 6 Part 1 Clauses 1, 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dd July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

4.2. By Signing Up through the signing up form, posted on the Website info@recbt.ru, the Website User shall express his/her consent to the Website Administrators, Online Event Organizer for processing of personal data, including (but not limited to) their receipt, systematization, accumulation, generalization, depersonalization, storage, updating and change, use, transfer to third parties, including authorized governmental authorities, for implementation of actions for information exchange, destruction, using both an automated information system and paper media, for the purposes, specified in these Website Rules.

4.3. The purposes of the personal data processing shall be to grant access to the Website User to participation in the Organizer's online event (series of online events) and to accept payment from the Website User for access to participation in the online event (their series).

4.4. The list of personal data, to the processing of which the Website User agrees in the manner, prescribed in Clause 10.2 of these Website Rules, includes the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, birthdate, sex, marital status, residence place (region, residential area or city, street, building No.), ID document type, ID document data, bank and bank account No.

4.5. The data provided by the Website User shall be processed for an unlimited period of time. The personal data processing shall be terminated if the Website User withdraws his/her consent to the personal data processing.

4.6. The personal data owner may send a request to http://www.recbt.ru Website Administrator to receive information regarding processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dd July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

4.7. The Website Administration and the Online Event Organizer shall take measures, necessary and sufficient for performance of the obligations, specified in Federal Law No. 152-FZ dd July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and the regulations adopted according to it. The Website Administration and the Online Event Organizer shall determine themselves the scope and list of measures, necessary and sufficient for performance of such obligations.

4.8 The Website Administration and the Online Event Organizer shall not be liable for actions of third parties (including Internet service providers, which provide the technical accessibility of the Website at the User's location) in respect of security of communications channels, via which the information to/from the Website is transmitted, and shall not guarantee a permanent accessibility to the Website and its uninterrupted operation.

5.1. The Website may include links to websites of third parties. The Website Administration and the Online Event Organizer shall not control such Websites, and they shall not be liable for legality of the content, located on such websites of third parties.

The Website User may:

• lodge complaints to the Website Administration regarding functioning of the Website and the Content posted on the Website;

• lodge complaints and claims to the Online Event Organizers regarding the Online Event Content;

• Sign Up on the Website.

When visiting and using the Website, the Website User shall:

• comply strictly with the provisions of the current laws of the Russian Federation and these Rules;

• review, in using the Website, all the information of legal nature, posted on the Website or available through links;

• compensate for loss, incurred by the Website Administration, Online Event Organizers, other Website Users or third parties, as a result of violation of the Rules or the laws of the Russian Federation'

• provide to the Website Administration, in Signing Up, reliable and up-to-date data and monitor their timely updating (including any information, requested additionally, such as Surname, Patronymic, birthdate, sex, marital status, residence place (region, residential area or city, street, building No.), ID document type, ID document data, bank and bank account No., from which the payment for participation in the event has been made;

• read fully these Rules before Signing Up on the Website. Signing Up of the User on the Website means a full and unconditional acceptance by the User of these Rules in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

• check regularly advance advertisements of the Website Administration regarding amendments to the Rules;

• sign off promptly the Website in the event of disagreement to the Rules and any amendments thereto, announced by the Website Administration.

When using the Website, the Website User shall be prohibited from publishing and distributing on the Website any information, the distribution of which is forbidden in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, including (but not limited to) exhortations to commit suicide, extremist materials, pornographic materials as well as materials, which:

• contain threats, discredit, insult, defame the honor and dignity or business reputation or violate the privacy of other Website Users, representatives of the Website Administration, representatives of the Event Organizer, event participants and third parties;

• infringe the rights of minors;

• are obscene, contain vulgar language, pornographic images and texts or sexual scenes involving minors;

• contain scenes of violence or inhuman handling of animals;

• promote criminal activity or contain tips, instructions or guidelines for commitment of criminal actions;

• contain restricted information, including, but not limited to, state and commercial secrets, privacy information of third parties;

• contain advertising or describe attractiveness of using drugs, contain information about distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and tips on their use;

• are fraudulent in nature;

• infringe intellectual property rights of third parties;

• infringe rights of personal data owners.

The Website Users shall be prohibited from:

• signing up as a User on behalf of or in place of another person ("fake account") or sign up a group (association) of persons or a legal entity as a User. In this instance, Signing Up on behalf of or by order of another individual or legal entity shall be possible subject to obtaining of necessary authorities granted in the manner and form, prescribed in the laws of the Russian Federation;

• misleading the Users, Website Administration or Online Event Organizer about their identity by using the messaging function (chat) during events;

• misrepresenting themselves, their age or relations with other individuals or organizations;

• publishing information using the messaging function (chat) during online events that contains threats, discredits, insults, defames the honor and dignity or business reputation or contains calls to change the format or content of the online event, interfering with the online event;

• making mass mailings of messages without the consent of other Website Users;

• making unauthorized copying, distribution and saving on electronic media of the Online Event Content by video recording, audio recording or any other method. The exclusive copyright for graphic, text and audiovisual materials, being the Online Event Content, shall be owned by the Event Organizers and directly by the Online Event Presenter. Copying, saving, video recording, audio recording and use of the Online Event Content shall be only permitted with the consent of the Event Organizers and the Online Event Presenter;

• using software and performing actions, intended for malfunction of the Website, in particular, by distributing on the Website or using in any other way viruses, Trojans, and other malicious programs;

• performing other actions, which might do harm to the Website, Website Administration, Event Organizers and Website Users.

Limitation of liability of the Website Administration:

• in order to avoid misunderstandings, the Website User shall take precautions when downloading from the Website or using links, posted on it, and when using any files. The Website Administration strongly recommends that only licensed software, including antiviruses, be used;

• by using the Website, the User shall agree that he/she downloads any materials from the Website or using it at his/her own risk and is personally responsible for possible consequences of using such materials, including for the damage that this may cause to the User's computer or to third parties, for loss of data or any other harm;

• under no circumstances, the Website Administration or its representatives shall be liable to the User or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, unintentional damage, including loss of profit or data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation, caused in connection with the use of the Website, the Website Content or other materials that Users or other persons have accessed through the Website, even if the Website Administration has warned of or denoted the possibility of such harm.

7.1 The Website Administration shall provide the Website Users with technical capabilities for using the Website.

7.2. The Website Administration may process the Website Users' Personal Data.

7.3. The Website Administration undertakes to consider notices, sent to the below email address info@recbt.ru. The notice processing period shall be 30 calendar days.

7.4. Despite the fact that the Website Administration attempts to provide accurate information on the Website, the Website Administration shall not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of the information posted on the Website. The Online Event Organizer shall be liable for announcements, information about presenters, date, time and cost of the online event as well as about additional materials.

7.5 All information, posted on the Website, shall be "as is" with possible errors, without warranties of any kind. The Website Administration shall not give any guarantees regarding the information posted on the Website. The Website Administration shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, actual or consequential damage, including loss of profit, resulting from the use of information posted on the Website, even if the Website Administration has been warned of the possibility of such damage.

7.6. The Website Administration shall reserve the right to change, at any time, the design of the Website, its content, functionality, change or supplement the used scripts, software and other objects used or stored on the Website, any server applications at any time, with or without a prior notice.

7.7. The Website Administration may send to the User information about development of the Website and its functionality and advertise its own activity.

8.1 The Online Event Organizer shall arrange certain online events (or their series), set a price of participation in the online event, generate and send e-tickets to the Website Users and shall be fully liable for holding of the online event (series of them), including initiation, launch, holding, completion, as well as for the Online Event Content.

8.2. The Online Event Organizer may process the Website Users' Personal Data.

8.3. The Online Event Organizer undertakes to consider notices and claims sent to the below e-mail address info@recbt.ru. The procedure for processing of complaints and claims is described in Section 9 hereof.

8.4 All information, posted on the Website, shall be "as is" with possible errors, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Online Event Organizer shall not be liable for non-compliance of the Online Event Content with the Users' expectations. The Online Event Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, direct, actual or consequential damage, including loss of profit, resulting from the use of Online Event Content, even if the Online Event Organizer has been warned of the possibility of such damage.

8.5. The Website Administration shall not be liable for the User's violation of these Rules and shall reserve the right, at its sole discretion and upon receipt of information about the User's breach of these Rules from other Users or third parties, to change (moderate), block or delete any information, posted by the User, which violates the prohibitions set forth in these Rules, to suspend, restrict or terminate the User's access to all or any sections or features of the Website or online event. The Website Administration shall take the above measures in accordance with the applicable laws and shall not be liable for any possible negative consequences of such measures for the Website User or third parties.

9.1. Questions, suggestions, comments, complaints, claims and other messages of the Website User on matters related to access to, holding of, content of the online event and any other information related to the online event of the Organizer may be sent to the Online Event Organizer to the below email address: info@recbt.ru.

9.2. The Website User's claim regarding holding of online events and/or refund of funds for access to the online event shall be sent to the Organizer in the form of an application by e-mail to the below e-mail address info@recbt.ru. The claim shall include details of the bank account, from which the payment for access to the online event has been made, data of the ID document of the Website Visitor and a reason for the refund.

9.3. The Online Event Organizer shall submit a response to the incoming requests of the Website Visitor within 30 calendar days.

9.4. The Website User's messages to the Online Event Organizer, which do not allow to identify the Website Visitor, shall not be considered.

9.6. If the Website User does not agree to the reasoning of the Online Event Organizer's response, he/she may send to the Online Event Organizer a repeated letter with a more detailed statement of the situation and/or question and/or suggestion.

9.7. If any information, prohibited from distributing under the laws of the Russian Federation, is found in the Online Event Content, including (but not limited to) exhortations to commit suicide, extremist materials, pornographic materials, it is recommended that the information about distribution of such information be sent to the Online Event Organizer to the e-mail address info@recbt.ru.

9.8. Hereby the Website User expresses his/her full and unconditional consent to the use of his/her data, stated in Signing Up, to contact him/her in any way, including phone calls to the stated fixed-line and/or mobile phone, sending SMS messages to the mobile phone, sending e-mails to the specified e-mail address in order to inform of purchased e-tickets, to send service reports, responses to the inquiries and messages of the Website's User and to perform the technical support by the Online Event Organizer.

10.1. The Website Administration may make amendments to these Rules. The amendments will be posted on the Website http://www.rcbt.ru/../. The amendments will apply, in particular, to the persons who are Website Users at the time of entry into force of the amendments. The amendments will take effect upon expiry of 7 days from the date of their posting on the Website http://www.rcbt.ru/../.

11.1. These Rules shall constitute an agreement between the User and the Website Administration regarding the use of the Website and its functionality and supersede any previous agreements between the User and the Administration.

11.2. These Rules shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any matters, not governed by the Rules, shall be settled under the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.3. In the event of any disputes related to observance of these Rules, the User and the Website Administration shall make every effort to settle them by means of negotiations between them. If the disputes are not settled by means of negotiations, they shall be settled in the manner, prescribed in the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.4. These Rules shall become effective for the User upon joining them and will be valid for an indefinite period.

11.5. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of these Rules are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
